Adverbs of frequency

Please, note:

1. The adverbs of frequency usually go before the verb:

Я часто хожу в кино. = I often go to the cinema.

Он редко смотрит телевизор. = He seldom watches TV.

2. We always need "не" after "никогда".

Мы никогда не пьём кофе. = We never drink coffee.

Ты никогда не ходишь в театр? = Do you never go to the theatre?
